Hill College is hosting its 14th annual Boots and Suits Gala, 6 p.m., Friday, April 26, at the Cleburne Conference Center. The evening will feature hors d'oeuvres, dinner, bar service, dancing and live entertainment. This night of celebrating higher education and philanthropy will raise funds exclusively to provide scholarships for students across the Hill College district.

In addition, Hill College will honor individuals from Hillsboro, Cleburne and Burleson with the annual Pillar of the Community Awards. The awards recognize those who have helped build and sustain Hill and Johnson counties and supported the growth of Hill College throughout Hillsboro, Cleburne and Burleson. The 2019 Pillars of the Community are: Tony Cain of Hillsboro, Dale Gosser of Cleburne and Alex Philips of Burleson.

Community support of the Boots and Suits Gala strengthens Hill College’s ability to lead students toward success. Each year, Hill College serves over 5,000 students as they each make the choice to advance their education through one of our career and education pathways: arts and humanities, business and industry, health and public service and science, technology, engineering and mathematics.

Corporate partners are being sought to underwrite the event. Partnership levels include: presenting partner for $10,000; gold buckle partner for $5,000; silver buckle partner for $3,000; bronze buckle partner for $1,500 and table partners for $600.

Individual tickets to the Hill College Boots and Suits Gala are $75 per person, while tables start at $600.
